1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using Job Work Finder ("Platform"), you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users — buyers, sellers, job workers, manpower providers, and visitors.
2 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
- Business accounts must represent a legitimately registered Indian entity.
- You must complete KYC verification to access payment and contract features.
- Accounts created with false information will be terminated immediately.
3 User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Job Work Finder is not liable for losses from unauthorized account use where you failed to keep credentials secure.
4 Platform Services
The Platform provides tools to post job works, hire workers and manpower, buy and sell industrial products, communicate via chat, manage contracts, and process payments. We are a facilitator — we do not employ workers or guarantee work quality. All contracts are between users directly.
5 Payments & Wallet
- All transactions are processed through our secure escrow wallet.
- Platform fees are deducted per the current fee schedule (2–5% per transaction).
- Funds are held in escrow until work completion is confirmed by both parties.
- Withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days to your linked bank account.
- Refunds are subject to our dispute resolution outcome.
6 Prohibited Activities
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent job work or product listings.
- Circumventing platform payments by conducting off-platform transactions.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive communication via platform messaging.
- Using automated bots or scrapers on the platform.
- Violating applicable Indian labour laws, GST regulations, or MSME guidelines.
7 Intellectual Property
All platform content, trademarks, and software are owned by Job Work Finder Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Users retain ownership of their own content but grant us a license to display it on the platform. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the platform.
8 Dispute Resolution
Disputes between users are handled through our in-platform dispute center. Our team will mediate and provide a resolution within 5 business days. Platform decisions are final for escrow-related disputes. For legal disputes, the jurisdiction is Pune, Maharashtra, India under Indian law.
9 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive multiple substantiated complaints. Terminated accounts forfeit pending earnings held for disputed transactions.
10 Limitation of Liability
Job Work Finder is not liable for: indirect damages, loss of profits, or disputes between users arising from contracts facilitated on the platform. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the platform fees paid by that user in the preceding 3 months.
