We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Payment processors (Razorpay) for secure transaction processing.
- KYC verification partners for identity verification as required by law.
- Cloud infrastructure providers (AWS) for secure hosting and storage.
- Legal authorities when lawfully required under Indian regulations.
- Other users — only the profile information you choose to make public.
4 Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze platform usage (via analytics). You can control cookie settings in your browser. Disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.
5 Data Security
Your data is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and stored on ISO 27001-certified infrastructure. KYC documents are stored in isolated, access-controlled buckets. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed and never stored in plain text. We conduct regular security audits.
6 Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data via Settings Download My Data.
- Correction: Update incorrect information in your Profile Settings at any time.
- Deletion: Request account deletion via Settings Delete Account. Data is purged within 30 days.
- Portability: Export your data in JSON format from Settings.

7 Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law. After account deletion, most data is purged within 30 days; anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
