How do I post a job work?
After registering and logging in, go to your Dashboard and click "Post Job Work" in the Quick Actions section. Fill in the job details including type, quantity, rate, and deadline. Your post will go live after a quick review.
Is Job Work Finder free to use?
Basic accounts are free. You can browse listings, post limited jobs, and message contacts for free. For advanced features like unlimited postings, priority listing, and detailed analytics, upgrade to Pro or Premium plans.
How are payments handled?
All payments are handled through our secure escrow wallet system. Funds are held safely until work is confirmed complete. Add money to your platform wallet and release payment upon job completion or delivery confirmation.
How do I get KYC verified?
Go to Settings KYC Verification. Upload your PAN card, Aadhaar, and if applicable, your GST certificate or MSME registration. Our team reviews documents within 1–2 business days and sends approval via email and notification.
Can I dispute a payment or delivery?
Yes. Open the relevant order and click "Raise Dispute." Our dispute resolution team will review the case, examine evidence, and facilitate a fair resolution within 5 business days.
